The characters are being called by their actual character names, not parodied ones. Disney and Warner Bros, Marvel, DC should have grounds to sue.

I think everyone loves a good porn but, I think that this movie is insulting to the characters we all know and love.

If Disney could have sued them they already would have. Disney is one of the more “let’s sue them!” companies out there. Parody/Fair Use doesn’t require name change.
I’m not agreeing or disagreeing on the “this is insulting” angle but I am curious as why you believe it’s insulting to the characters.

George, I’m a big She-Hulk fan too, so yeah. I feel ya there. Felt like a kick to my nuts.
Now that chick playing Mother Russia in Kick Ass 2, she would have been a better choice…

Ya know I’d be fine with just a really tone and very fit gal playing She-Hulk with post effects to increase her size in the picture.

Regarding Disney suing, I wonder if the porn spelled the characters’ names differently in the script (i.e. Supper-Man) to get around them having the exact same names as the Marvel/DC characters.

I think it is sad that the Porn Spider-Man costume looks better than the one from the big budget Amazing Spider-Man movie.

The plot point where Luthor has a device hidden beneath his false skin is taken from page 34 of the original Superman vs Spider-Man comic.
