This is just one of many Spider-Man balloon videos I’ll bring you this week. This one is my favorite. Willard Scott is broadcasting the parade on NBC. Inside the balloon it has a “Special NBC Camera.” It’s a fun trip down memory lane. Unfortunately the balloon is no longer in the parade, but that could change. A petition was started a few years ago and has over 2000 signatures asking for the balloon to return. Sign it today so we can have a spider-balloon in 2009!

I used to make an entire Thanksgiving day of watching the Macy’s parades… god, that’s a good memory. And this was always my favorite of the baloons.
