1. It’s been confirmed that the game will feature 4 different Spider-men. All by different actors who have voiced the character before.
   CDB is only playing Spider-man Noir!

2. okay, just saw the cosmic pic and i’m stumped who the fourth is. Dusk? outside of the symbiote, i can’t think of any spidey costumes that are that black…

8. Okay so it looks like 616, Noir, and 2099 confirmed. Who is that third one in stillanerd’s pic? I think it’s symbiote. Maybe it’s that one god awful story where spider-man becomes poison spider-man or whatever and then brings gwen back and does the same thing to her? Either that or that one Spider-Man in the Spider-Man Wolverine what if where he has the gun/web shooters.

13. Come onnnnn, 2099! It will be (pardon the pun) amazing to hear Barnes voice four different characters, though I must say the ASM one did not sound like him, but like Josh Keaton. Let’s hope there is some continuity between the characters and only one voice actor (like Batman: Gotham Knight).

15. As much as I like Ultimate Spider-Man, I seriously doubt that “Ultimate Spider-Man” would be one of the characters and world you can explore. The whole idea behind this game, allegedly, to not only have different versions of Spider-Man, but that each one would have their own unique look, level design, and gameplay. And to me, an “Ultimate Spider-Man” world would just look like a carbon-copy of the “Marvel Universe Spider-Man.” Not to mention, it not only appears to be different worlds but also different times as well in the levels.

    With that in mind, my guess is that the two remaining “worlds” and characters are going to be 2099 and 1602 universes.

    It should be Tokusatsu Spidey IMO, that would be prodigious…

20. I think the other two worlds might be 2099 and maybe a look into Ben Reilly’s life on the road before he returned. Maybe having him chased by Kaine. Doesn’t matter though it looks great already!

    They’d be absolutley bonkers to make it Spider-Man Unlimited.
    My only fear is that the Activision president said a while back that the previous games sucked. Cause, I loved ’em, and I fear change.

    I would say Spider-man 2099 but I’m not so sure about the 4th.
    He’s gotta have a really different skill set and world.

    I took a quick look at all the different Spidey’s and none of them would fill the spot like Ben Reilly would.
    C’mon devs.

    Yeah that’s what I was thinking as well.
    He sounded more like an older version of Josh Keaton than his usual self in the little bit that we actually got to hear.

    Not a bad thing! Josh is currently my favorite Spidey voice anyways.
    Mainly because his performance has been much stronger on all sides than any other voice acting who has taken on the character so far. (C’mon admit it. Chris can get a bit cheesy sometimes)

28. That sounded more like Josh Keaton than CDB, but whatever. I thought he was only gonna voice the Amazing version, didn’t know he’d voice everybody! It’d just be like the 90s series finale!

30. Wow, I like hearing Chris Barnes voice Spidey in these games ALOT more then Tobey Maguire. (And I was a big fan of SM 2.) Love seeing Hammerhead in this, hope the game play is up to snuff!

34. Yeah he was going for a darker, lower voice on the Noir. We didn’t hear much of the Amazing Spidey version. I so want to get him on a podcast.

35. Personally, I like the subtle way Christopher Daniel Barnes changes his voice to reflect the two different Spider-Men, with Noir being appropriately darker and rougher around the edges a la Batman.

    To be honest I actually prefer the way he sounds in this game to the original cartoon. WOW.
