He used permanent paint?!??!?!?! You mean it doesn’t wash off with water?!?!?! I don’t think The Amazing Spider-man has it in its budget to repaint a warehouse!
Photo-shopped, I think. The color shading on the letters and numbers doesn’t change with the shadow. And why would Webb permanently paint the words “Sinister 6” on a storage-warehouse wall that will be used for other things?
