Evidently in the 1980s NBC had Yummy Awards. It was an awards show and Spidey got an award from Family Ties star Justine Bateman. So they dressed folks up in the costumes and the rest is history. I’ve never seen this clip before today, it’s a trip. In this other clip the Hulk wins an award. I love how he can’t bust through the wall and is barely able to lift little Ricky Schroeder.
