I found this while doing research for a future project. It’s from “Spectacular Spider-Man” issue 22 and the first panel may be one of the most offensive stereotypical things I’ve seen.
Only in the 90’s could we of had a merging of Carnage and the Silver Surfer. It happened in "Amazing Spider-Man" issue 430.

I think the razor-sharp bat-erangs are not nearly as menacing as the razor-sharp Kermets!
Don’t forget the Goblin also has sonic toads!
“Someone tried to hurt Spider-Man!” How, Torch? By giving him warts? Thank God Osborn soon nixed that little number. As for the height, yeah it looked like maybe three feet from the ground so who’s really going to get hurt from that? The theater isn’t that large.
