If you’re a Spider-Fan, you have a new excuse to get up early to see the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. After more than a decade of being absent from the parade, Spidey is back in 2009 with a new balloon. The New York Post is reporting the new balloon will be more muscular and in a crawling position. Obviously inspired by this website. 🙂
This is also a major victory for our friend Robert Reynolds. For years he has had a petition online that asked Marvel to make a new balloon for the parade. After some 2000 signatures it seems the petition can now be retired.
