Spider-Man: Crawl Space #8 is online!

At long last, Crawl Space is back! If you hadn’t heard, this site has its own original Spider-Man comic script series, restoring the original timeline to tell fresh, new stories of the Spider-Man we all know and love with his wife, Mary Jane Parker.

And now, finally, our first full arc comes to an end with “Spider-Man Black Part 6: Fade to Green!” You’ve probably seen a lot of comic book covers that say “This one’s got it all!” but I’m here to tell ya, this one really does. The climactic battle between Spider-Man and the Black Spider! Harry Osborn meets Sarah Stacy! Not one but TWO identity reveals, as the Black Spider’s mysterious friend is unmasked and the “man on the phone” makes his full appearance! Plus: Flash and Carlie, Peter and MJ, and just what was in Harry’s lab in issue #1? All this and more at the link!

  1. Great job AGAIN, Kevin. I patiently await every issue and have yet to be disappointed. Those covers were outstanding! I was totally surprised. They are the best yet! I’m a fan for as long as you continue to create these original, non-BND stories. If only Marvel could see!!! All around great job!

  2. Hey, I’m still around. I just don’t post as much as I use to, but I do Byrne-Steal the Spider-Man newspaper strip every day : )

Bdog did a great job coloring. He gets better and better every page I see him color. I’m not familiar with Bat Hilliard but he did a bang up job on his cover. I’m going to track down more of his work on deviant art.

Thanks, I’m not going to deny being a McFarlane swip-artist. His art has been a big influence on me.

  3. My main goal in life artistically is to become a Jim Lee swipe artist, so who am I to judge…

Although, in all seriousness, I’m beginning to understand why a lot of other artists don’t even bother anymore.

  4. I remember this guy from months ago. He’s a blatent Todd MacFarlene swipe-artist, but A) he’s damn good at it and B) all great artists start out swiping anyhow.

  5. Man… that cover makes me want to hang up my pencils…

.. how the hell do I top that?!?!?
