I have that song on my PSP and PS3 lol! And yeah, CBD, Josh Keaton, Romano and that guy who did Spider-Man’s voice in Marvel Ultimate Alliance all in one game is awesome. I hope one of the 4 worlds is 2099.
I remember hearing that, I don’t know why I forgot about it though. Thanks for reminding me Javi!
Berserkfury, what about supporting CDB and the other voice actors?
IronSpidey, that is indeed Aerosmith, from the Spider-Man soundtrack for the first movie!
Heartburn, the developers said the tablet mutates and enhances the Goblin from Noir, hence the aesthetic chages
the only reason i hate web of shadows is because i cant keep fooling myself into thinking that there is any other reason to not use web zip.. or wateva its called.
It looks restricted. This game, for all it’s fancy top-notch graphic, dynamic fighting, spectacular web attacks, will never be as good as to top Spidy games, looking as restricted as the ‘X-men Origin:Wolverine’ game.
I’m not sold on this yet either. I think if they took the style and gameplay of Spider-Man 2 and just worked on making the city really detailed to make it feel more alive and authentic, that would be a game I’d be buying on Release Day. Don’t fix it if it’s not broken. I think I’ll just play Web of Shadows again. Maybe even Spider-Man 3.
@Sam Kerby
You give up too easily… how do you improve at anything if you don’t keep trying.
And I’m actually disappointed there won’t be any free roaming sandbox web swinging…
Yeah, still not completely sold.
They weren’t really creative with this game. They just looked for opportunities to copy game play mechanics of more popular games. (Batman AA/God of War)
They even call one of their “new gameplay modes” PUNCH OUT sequences fer cryin out loud. = /
Some may call this nitpicking, but the fact that the devs at Rocksteady took the time to go through comics and see what makes Batman work than translate that into game form made that game great.
I’m a HUGE Batman fan and they had so many easter eggs even I couldn’t catch them all.
I won’t be completely satisfied until we see that kind of love with Spidey. (Like Spider-man 2)
Still, if it’s a good game I’ll most likely get it. Hey it’s Spidey. You have to screw the character up reaaaaaal bad before I choose not to buy!
“Green Goblin” is available for the NDS version of “Web of Shadows”
Back to the web cartridges refill? Not good
pffftt… web cartridge load ups…. so that it explains how he can afford all the web fluid….LaMe.
its deffenitely got my interest. I can only wait to see what the final package offers.
the slingshot power up fu-manchu is uber slick
I’m digging Spidey Noir as usual, big fan of that version. Noir Green Goblin looks different though from the comics but doesn’t mean he’s not cool. This game is still worth renting in my opinion.
The Spider-Man Noir is pretty nice change, but I like more city fighting not the Indiana Jones environment. The original Green Goblin would be nice.
This game is deffinately gonna be good and while slot has made bad with the crawlspacers he’s not gonna make squat from this game he got paid all he s gonna get for this game already. I can’t wait it’s been a while since we got a spidey game name web of shadows has been out forever we need this as gamers. Was that AREOSMITH WHO DID THE OPENING?
Looks cool, but I’m not supporting Dan Slott with my money.
Hm. I’m still not convinced, but I admit it’s looking better. The combat looks fun. I still need to see more. Whether or not Venom’s in this will probably be the deciding factor for me.
Yeah, I’m not one for the lack of gravity in the combat. I really liked the more realistic physics of the Spider-Man 2 game. I think the graphics look pretty good, but I’ll probably find myself playing more conventially and just swinging around a fighting people, not jacking around with fancy web attacks.
This is still iffy for me…
Well, Green Goblin in ultimate alliance 2 is freaking awesome. Hopefully, norman is a recurring character in all the universes.
Yeah, why the game developers dont use the 616 Goblins? Only in the first movie game there was good Goblin battle and since then nothing.
yeah, this looks sweet. Just wish I could handle playing video games. I die more than twice, i’m done playing. I’ve always bought every Spidey game, played a few times, got pissed, and made the wife play the game for me, so I can see what happens in them. She’s my little video gamer girl. heh
Looks awasome!!! I’m disapointed though. I REALLY wanted to see classic 616 Green Goblin in a game for once.
Wow, how can he afford all that web fluid, unless its some sorta of limited ammo to collect.
