   SO Bertone just handed the phone to Joe Q and I talked to him on the phone. That was really cool. We talked for a few minutes. Very cool guy.

10. I have met Joe Q. at the NYCC last year and he’s a really nice guy. Same with Dan Slott, Bendis and some other guys as well.
    You gotta have broad shoulders to be in his position.

14. While I do believe he has created one of the…let’s say oddest era’s in Spider-Man’s history, he’s always a good sport for these sort of things.

18. It was fun meeting Bertone in line and watching him take that picture of Quesada. When Bertone gave him the paper, Quesada looked at it for about 5 seconds before agreeing to take the picture.

    Really, I’m not gonna lie, I did not like ASM#638 in the basest of terms, but Joe’s a good sport for supporting the site like this. Good on him.

    Considering all that’s being said about him in the ASM #638 review (and likely in the message boards), I’m utterly speechless at the irony of this one picture.
