@Alternaverse Spider-Fan
I tried to read your comments, but they are all over the place. It doesn’t change the fact that Activision is done with MUA because of mixed reactions, so they are trying a different approach. We have no one to blame but ourselves.
@Two-Bit Specialist
Dude, read my comments to see why im complaining about Marvel Super Hero Squad, and btw i dont care for it to an extent. I think its for kids, but Marvel acts like its really intended to grab older fans as well.
And as for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, ill explain and reiterate. The second game was made and widely crticized from all the people like myself who have played the older prequels like X-Men Legends 2, and Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Those games were different in thier design, how many costumes you could wear and the places in the Marvel Universe youd be taken to, the past games had special dialogue, consistent voice work, an easier and better map and progression system.
Plus MUA2 felt short in where and how far i had to go to get to the end of the level, it took me less than a 5 days to beat it even while i had homework, and errands to run. The game was short and i think they spent too much time on graphics.
Ultimate Alliance 2 kind of bored me. Vicarious Visions version of Marvel Ultimate Alliance just didnt please me BUT they did do two great things ill never forget, they used my favorite Deadpool voice actor, and give us downloadable content, especially CARNAGE!!
If theres a 3rd game i want RAVEN Software to develop the sequel. VV had good ideas but the execution wasnt that great, but MUA did sell pretty decently.
I cant sum up every detail right now but the first game was better and i base my standards for the second on the last game in the series i enjoyed.
I don’t know what you guys are complaining about. We had Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 and about NONE of you liked it. Why would Activision fork over the money to make a third one?
@ Enigma_2099
He Could Also Climb Walls In The Incredible Hulk Game Based On The 2008 Movie. But Damn Ultimate Destruction Was The Best Hulk Game Ever.
But,Does This Game Reminds Anyone Of That Teen Titans Game?
I like the Super Hero Squad. I find it quite funny.
I just can’t get into the Marvel Super Hero Squad stuff at all. If this were based on Chris Giarrusso’s Mini Marvels instead I could at least get into playing it with my friends’ kids the way I do with the Lego games.
@ Enigma_2099
LoL i dont know if Raven is Scared to Make a Marvel Ultimate 3. I dont want Vicarious Visions to make another Ultimate Alliance. I RAPED the shit out of X-Men Legends 2, and that to me was much harder, and challenging. Marvel Ultimate Allaince 3 needs to be a complicated piece of Map with MORE DEADPOOL voiced by JOHNNY KASSIR, LOL!!!
Ultimate Destruction was awesome. Ive played the 2005 game. The buildings come down and then they go back up! Isnt illogical Physics fun sometimes? ha haha!
… what, too scared to just do Marvel Ultimate Alliance III?
… and if you’ve played Ultimate Destruction, Hulk CAN scale walls… he may cheat a little, but… heh heh heh…
I cant believe theres a DC Universe Online, the Marvel Version is just something for kiddies in my opinion. I know this is a videogame and not what im talking about but i REALLY needed an excuse to say it.
This Marvel Super Hero Squad thing is for the kiddies. Normally im a Marvel Fan but this is where i draw the line. Man DC has a lot of things Marvel Entertainment doesnt. Recurring voice actors since more than one generation, Mature Japanese Anime art styles that portray the comicbook characters true to form on a DVD or Blueray line of Media, and now theres a DC universe Online. Why does Marvel have a Super Hero Squad Online, why cant they just have a Marvel Super Heroes Online with all the characters as old and grown, and dark as they currently are.
I dont care if Marvel ISNT DC, it doesnt change a possible principle to follow. I just wish the media they give Super Hero Squad is what would be given to something different like to a Marvel Universe Online.
Although i am happy to hear about Marvel VS Capcom 3 (Where Spider-Man is Married in that Continuity, for Joephisto haters such as myself), and im thrilled to hear about Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions. Those games are targeted Towards ANYBODY and EVERYBODY. I guess my gripe is with some areas of Marvel and its older fans acting like this series is only able to attract the older people. I still think Marvel Super Hero Squad is for kids. Ive seen it, its ok for children.
And just because im a fan of Marvel Entertainment doesnt mean ill eat up just anything they give me. Its called Standards sheesh.
“all are unique but none are the same!” redundancy is redundant
lol wow….the show is super funny but i dont think ill get this game anytime soon….maybe if it goes down to $20….then ill buy it for the ps3 trophies
