This outfit is called Next Media Animation, is based in Hong Kong (which is since 1997 a Special Administrative Region of China…whatever exactly that means) and it looks like its primary audience is in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Yeah this is definitely not Japanese. But I think it’s pretty funny that Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark news was depicted in 3D. I think I’ve seen something like this on Cartoon Network at like the wee hours of the morning but with some other topic.
