You might be familiar with NMA TV. They are the Taiwanese studio that put out that CGI parody of the Turn Off the Dark debacle some time ago. They recently put out another Spider-Man parody in light of the revelation that Miles Morales will be the new Ultimate Spider-Man.

I don’t care about whether their point was weak when the video features an Asian Spider-Man wrestling a panda.
@Nathaniel – It’s not that they don’t count, but which one of those characters currently has his/her own book on shelves?
Weak…
Um, in a way there was the Spider; who dressed identical to Spider-Man except the color scheme; who revealed himself to be Korean in the Avengers Vs. New Ultimates mini. He was a villian, sure, but Marvel did it. He was killed off which sucks considering he had potential but Mark Millar dropped the ball on that mini.
Psylocke (if you don’t count the whole mind swapping thing), Jubilee, Sunfire, Amadeus Cho, Armor, Shang-Chi… apparently they don’t count huh?
I can’t stand it when “news” organizations try to make a point w/o sufficient research. There have been Asian characters out for years.
I don’t think they were going for straight up comedy since they wanted to make an important point.
I thought the Turn off the Dark video was funny, but this one was pretty meh
