I really dislike the current “Doc Ock as a cross between the Terminator and a Multiple Sclerosis victim” look. They’ve made him look like a generic, unrecognizable sci-fi monster. A big part of Ock’s charisma was that he was short, tubby, and weak-eyed, with a terribly awkward bowl haircut — but a sneaky genius, with incredible insecurities. He looked like a fat little Roy Orbison. Now he looks like a million other Borg-like bad guys.
There is little hope the inside story will be as good as the outside cover:) Still, one can hope…
There’s no way the interiors will look as good as the cover, is there?
“The Sinister Six, led by the vengeful Doctor Octopus, is back and they’re looking for revenge!” Isn’t it kind of redundant to say the VENGEFUL Dr. Octopus is out for REVENGE? Sorry, it just bothered me…
