Iron Fist is confirmed to be the first guest character on the new Spider-Man animated series “Ultimate Spider-Man”. According to Duncan Rouleau, a Supervising Producer on the series, “
“The ‘Ultimate Spider-Man’ version Iron Fist is definitely a Danny, and not a Daniel, Rand. Unlike some other super heroes on his team, he isn’t given to big mouthy boasts or wild displays of teenage angst. Danny embraces a go-with-the-flow attitude.”

That first preview already showed Danny and Luke fighting along side spidey.
The fact that they are de-aging the characters makes me think of Iron Man: Armored Adventures. The character designs are even reminiscent about that show. Maybe it takes place in that shows continuity? It sounds like there will be a lot of team missions. Lets hope theres room for Peter to do some solo stuff as well 🙂

As “I’m not surprised” as that is, I LIKE that Luke Cage design!
I would have thought Human Torch would have been the first. Kinda a cool surprise to not go with the more mainstream heroes in the first episode.
Now Luke Cage has joined the team and Bendis makes a joke about shoe-horning him into another project of his. http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=37296
Is it accurate to call them guests? Seems like the young heroes will be recurring.
Ah, what the heck. I’ll check this show out.
Iron Fist being the first guest is very encouraging for me
One thing to note, that’s not his 1610 design
So it IS Marvel Team-up…
After the recent Avengers cartoon, I’m gonna give them a chance…
Also got the new White Tiger from the pages of Avengers Academy showing up: http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=37292
