To my eyes, Bagley’s Red Goblin resembles the Green Goblin from the Sam Raimi film.

Isn’t Slott writing ASM #801?
I find it very curious how Bagley’s approach to drawing Spidey (and practically every character, honestly) seems to have changed after his Ultimate Spider-Man days, particularly with regards to proportions. If his 90s Spidey was tall and muscular, while remaining somewhat lean, his 00s and 10s Spidey seems forever trapped in the Ultimate aesthetic, looking shorter and more like a teenager wearing the suit.
