Maybe?, Maybe Not! I don’t consider “Civil War “, “Back in Black”, and especially “One More Day” cannon to the character of Spider-Man as I know him! To me those stories killed the Peter Parker as any kind hero for years… Nick Spencer is somewhat changing that!
