@Brad and hornacek: That’s Sally Avril/Bluebird from Untold Tales of Spider-Man.
@Brad – I went through all of the “also appearing” people listed in the Marvel database webpage for this issue – none of them looked like that masked woman. No idea who she is. And you’d think since she was on this floating-heads-of-guilt page she would be someone important in Peter’s past.
Maybe she was someone who had recently died when this issue came out? Some minor female hero/villain who had died in a Spidey issue, and that’s why she would be on his mind when he was thinking of people that have died in his “orbit”?
Who is the girl on the right with the mask?
Poor old Ben Reilly, God rest his soul. The soul an angel shattered irreparably resurrecting him one last time after his many deaths.
Oh, but I should probably mention too that apparently Doc Ock’s clonation technique repaired everything, even his soul. Speaking of high technology!
