  1. It’s surely a reference to Aunt May as a Grey panther, since this issue is from that period (it’s also why she’s in the hospital). I’d say that’s the book that got her into the movement.

    From a quick and shallow search on Google it doesn’t seem to exist a real book by that name.

  2. Anyone know what the GRAY POWER book is referencing? It seems prominently displayed. Was there a similarly-named book out at the time – something Aunt May would be reading?

    Is it a reference to Aunt May’s membership in the Grey Panthers?

    Or is it just a joke on the “With great power …” line?
