I mean, with that one punch, that fight should be over. Doc Ock does not have any invulnerability. One punch from Spidey should knock any “normal” person out. That’s the problem with a lot of Spidey/Doc Ock fights – you need to have Ock use his tentacles to block *all* of Spidey’s punches or else the fight should be over when any of them lands.
