It has often been said that Spider-Man has the greatest supporting cast ever. But when you think about it that fact isn’t just dramatically convenient, it’s actually incredibly poignant.


Doesn’t Peter have a similar scene when he’s taking the drugged toothpaste just before the Revenge of the Green Goblin mini-series?
This is probably Spencer’s recurring nightmare….
This is one of those things that people associate with the Spider-Man mythos, which didn’t happen nearly as much as you’d think in the actual comics. The adaptations more or less ran with Harry (or Norman) seeing the Goblin in the mirror all the time, with good cause, considering how great it is visually.
